Using CarShare.TV is simple.

Once you have registered (free), add as many journeys as you wish at the 'My Journey' tab.

Click on 'MyCarshare' and choose which journeys to search for a CarShare.

Select preferred gender, smoking preference and driver/passenger in your search.

Contact your carshare match straight away from your control panel via email or text.

View your journey and route on the built in map if required.

If no match, don't worry we will email you and/or text you when a match is received.

You select if you want to receive texts / emails or both.

Text matches are Guaranteed - Optionally you can text your journeys to carshare, and get an instant match texted back to you, and you can then contact your carmatch user by text securely with your mobile number hidden; to finalise your journey share and with you choosing when you are happy to reveal your identity.

If you don't get a journey match within 10 journeys registered by text, we'll credit your carshare account with 10 texts, so you have nothing to loose. You could save a fortune on taxi's / train and bus fares. If you are a car owner/user, you can cut your travel costs in half by sharing. You get 5 texts free with registration, so why not try it out.

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) states that car sharing won't affect the insurance of their members so long as the vehicle seats no more than eight passengers and a profit isn't made from any payment by passengers. You can share reasonable costs.

Sign up for a free 30 day trial and instantly receive your own unique web address for your carshare scheme e.g. www.carshare.tv/yourname

Upload your logo that replaces the carshare logo at your web address, branding your CarShare scheme.

Upload your employees names and email addresses from your control panel either from an Excel spreadsheet, a comma separated list or they can be entered manually.

Click a button and emails are automatically sent to all your employee's giving then a carshare user name and password.

Your employee's then login and complete their details and register their required journeys.

Optionally, you can choose your own domain name e.g. www.yourname.co.uk (Subject to domain name availability). We'll then set up your carshare account up under this name; maintaining your unique brand identity.

Your 30 day trial can be converted to a full account at any time.
